The process
Step 1
Depending on the type of 1:1 mentoring, we’ll either assess your skill-set to see where you are at and where you want to be after the program, or run an empathy session that allows me to understand your current situation, product, company, relationships, and challenges better.
Step 2
We will execute the plan that we will have created after step 1.
Step 3
We will recap learnings, identify further ways of personal and professional growth, and create an action list. If you want to continue, we will clarify next steps.
